Anyone is welcomed to join osms.co.ke by providing basic contact information as per the Sign up form appearing on the homepage. The information provided must be true and accurate, since we use it for our research to determine the videos to upload.

2. Viewing.
Once registered, please feel free to view as many videos as you wish for free and share with others.

3. Comments.
Some videos will allow you to share your views by submitting a comment. Avoid insults, name-calling, flaming or obscenities in your comments. Respect other members too.

4. Add your video.
We welcome videos only from professionals in various fields. Please respect the law and do not send any copyrighted material unless you own the copyright. Avoid any attempt to engage in illegal behavior of any sort. You will be responsible for any video you e-mail.

5. Caution.
All information available on the videos is third party information and www.osms.co.ke is not liable in anyway whatsoever for any loss or damages suffered as a result of using information provided through the videos. You are encouraged to make appropriate enquiry and take appropriate advice and caution before using information from the videos.

6. Deleting videos.
We reserve the right to remove any video from the site for any reason and without prior warning.

7. Termination.
If you violate these terms, or otherwise act disrespectfully, disruptively or illegally on www.osms.co.ke, we reserve the right to terminate your membership, at any time, and without prior warning.

8. Refer.
You are encouraged to refer your friends to www.osms.co.ke. All our membership is referral based and members must be introduced by existing members. Please help spread www.osms.co.ke.
